Do you burp when you take fish oil?

I am down in Texas at an anti-aging seminar and will have a lot of new information to discuss when I get back. There are some new, exciting products and ideas that have REAL science behind them.

One discussion some of us had last night after the classes when we were in the lounge discussing what we learned was that there are many people who want to take more Omega 3 fish oil, but have trouble digesting it.

The first thing that you should do is check to make sure the fish oil you take is a good quality and tested for heavy metals and chemicals.

Inferior products or contamination is a big cause of “fish burp”.

Some people just do not digest the fat well due to digestive issues. If this is the case, I have the solution for you. EFA Optimizer is a digestive enzyme product that specifically helps digest the Omega 3 providing two benefits.

1. Stops the “fish burp” by breaking down the fish oil into smaller units that are digested easier

2. Increases the absorption of the Omega 3 so you get better results from each dose.
