Leg Cramps - Restless Leg Syndrome

On July 8, 2011 a drug safety communication was issued by the FDA warning against using prescription strength quinine sulfate (325mg) for the off-label treatment of nocturnal leg cramps.

There are a large number of people who suffer from leg cramps and restless legs syndrome.  We have a few suggestion s to help alleviate these troublesome conditions.

·         Hyland Leg Cramp with Quinine homeopathic tablets.  This product contains 1/1000th of the quinine per dose the FDA permits in 8 oz of tonic water.  It also contains several other homeopathic ingredients to assist in the easing of leg cramp pain, providing natural, non-addicting and safe symptom relief.
·         MagneDerm™ is a pure, 100% natural solution of magnesium chloride coming from high quality magnesium salt derived from the depths of the earth’s interior-all from the ancient Zechstein Seabed in Europe.
Ultra-pure and untouched by pollutants, this magnesium salt was protected at depths of over 5000 feet in the Zechstein Seabed for the past 250 million years.
Magnesium is required for over 300 enzymes in the body.  Deficiency is common in those with diabetes, insulin resistance and heart disease.  Due to the depletion of magnesium in the soil, our food supply is deficient in magnesium.

Many of us have symptoms of low magnesium and we do not realize this low level may be the cause.

Symptoms may include:
·         Irritability
·         Easily startled
·         Muscle cramps, twitches
·         Restless leg syndrome
·         Insomnia
Magnesium is depleted by stress, alcohol consumption, exercise, excessive sweating and certain medications.

Many people experience loose stools or stomach irritation with capsules or tablets.  This transdermal delivery system is highly efficient, bypassing the problems inherent with oral supplementation, and reducing the time needed for assimilation.
MagneDerm™ may support:
·         Safe and effective detoxification
·         Decrease in aches, pains and spasms
·         Elevated mood and decreased stress
·         Healthy skin tissue
·         Proper muscle function
·         Increased energy levels
·         Healthy immune system
·         Quality of sleep
Massage into arms and/or legs to provide a large area for absorption or rub directly onto any sore muscle.
