Kids can take Virastop. Here is the dosage

Virastop can be mixed with juice, apple sauce and given to children.

Here are the appropriate amount to give

  1. Children 0-3 years old:  1/4 capsule
  2. Children 3-6 years old:  1/2 capsule
  3. Children 6-12 years old:  1 capsule
This is for the Virastop regular not the Virastop 2X.

Once a day dose is for maintenance and 2 times a day if sick.

    Hi Dana,

    I could not find any references in the literature where this would be a problem. But since there have not been any studies, I can not suggest that it is no problem. Sorry for the vague answer.
