Digestion/Elimination/IBS/Gerd-What you can do about it
The Digestion /Elimination/IBS/Gerd lecture was presented Monday, October 19th at Johnson Compounding & Wellness. Dr. Gary Kracoff led an informative discussion on natural solutions to digestive problems that affect the majority of the population.
He addressed the following issues:
- gas
- bloating
- indigestion
- reflux
- constipation
- diarrhea
Also discussed were alternatives to laxatives, acid blockers, diarrhea medications.
We had a full house at the lecture – standing room only!
Audience participation was great! We had great discussions, questions and answers, helpful hints to help the digestive system and plenty of laughs. We discussed bowel movements, burping, and many other necessary issues that normally are not discussed in public.
Here is the recording of the lecture if you were not able to attend.
